OrelMetallPolymer is a state-of-the-art coil coating production facility. Due to our choice of equipment and consumables suppliers, our expertise and commitment, we consistently deliver high quality PPGI and render coil coating services.

Our production facility is located in the city of Mtsensk (Oryol region) and is easily accessible by car / truck and railway. We have a warm storage for incoming coils and finished products which we can receive and ship using own railroad transport. 

Our Continuous Coating Line (CCL) has a double-side primer coater and two topcoat coaters enabling us to swiftly switch between colors and/or coating types. The CCL includes a brushing unit and a tension leveler which allow us to efficiently pretreat incoming coils of virtually any quality.

In order to protect finished coating from damage during shipment and processing, we can apply protective film to its surface.

We thoroughly test consumables and finished products in our workshop laboratory. Due to constant monitoring of production process we can be sure that our PPGI will continue to serve its protective and decorative purposes for decades.
