In 2024, OrelMetalPolymer launched a new line of branded coatings for high-tech tasks called Technology-OMP. In particular, it includes a coating system with antistatic properties. These properties have officially been confirmed by an accredited testing laboratory.

Premium products of OrelMetalPolymer - PPGI with PUR and PVDF coatings - have passed a series of tests in a GOST/ISO accredited laboratory. Our samples have successfully withstood climate tests and exposure to aggressive chemicals and disinfectants.

Last summer, OrelMetalPolymer supplied 450 tons of PPGI with a polyurethane-based coating of 70 microns thickness for use in aggressive environments with increased mechanical strength requirements.

Minding and even foreseeing our customers’ needs, we at OrelMetallPolymer continue to develop our anti-bacterial polymer coating system Eco-OMP. We have recently presented coating specifically for food processing industry called Eco-OMP (FP).
