Experts of OrelMetalPolymer are pleased to offer to their customers prepaint coils with enhanced end-user performance, improved processability, advanced resistance towards environment and ultraviolet radiation, and smallest hue deviations (color variation) with ∆E below 0.3 both across batch and from reference sample. This offer is mainly focused on white goods manufacturers and premium façade systems manufacturers of sandwich panels, ventilated facades, façade cassettes, etc. It is also highly applicable in cases when additional delivery is needed of products made of prepaint steel, and color consistency is essential. In such instances, we take a reference sample out of previously supplied prepaint material, and acceptance of the new batch is performed by comparison with the reference sample. At that, previously coated material does not have to come from OrelMetalPolymer.

Achievement of such high end-user performance was made possible thanks to strict control procedures implemented by our QC Department and main laboratory. Our quality experts closely observe specifications of every single coated coil such as color and shine consistency. Emphasis is put upon non-stop monitoring of all process parameters with continuous analysis of obtained data. We use PWM from top manufacturers and closely cooperate with their specialists and components suppliers, as well as leading industry experts.

In order to achieve our goals, we choose cutting edge equipment with customized software. For example, we check color parameters of our products with X-Rite Ci62 spectrophotometer using adapted software.

The outlined approach allows us to supply our customers with prepaint coils of outstanding quality.
